Karen - Business Manager

Welcome! My name is Karen, and I am the business manager. I enjoy getting to know our patients, and being able to provide the best care possible. Creating a unique dental experience is what we strive to do here, and it's my goal to make sure that our patients leave our practice with a big smile on their faces. In my free time, I look forward to spending time with my family and friends, as well as photography.

Sanya - Financial Manager

Hi! My name is Sanya, and I am your financial manager. I look forward to working with you at each appointment, and helping you get the most out of your dental care. I enjoy working in dentistry very much; especially when I know that I have helped someone create the best smile possible. Our doctors are great. Every day there's something new to learn, and they are very patient when answering questions and explaining procedures. Outside of the practice, I enjoy playing golf, reading and spending time with my family and friends.

Phuong - RDH

I am a Register Dental Hygienist since 1985 and have been with Dr. Freedman's Dental Office for 25+ years. Our office has the best tissue management, I help with periodontal disease prevention; provide prophylaxis and non surgical periodontal therapy.

I am a member of American Dental Hygienist Association and Virginia Dental Hygienist Association, In my spare time, I take care of the flower for my church and love to travel.

Joshua - RDH, BSDH

A graduate from VCU School of Dentistry in 2007, Joshua Pierce earned his Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. A year later, he was part of the first group of hygienists to be certified in administering local anesthetic and nitrous oxide in Virginia. As an advocate of the underprivileged population, Joshua has volunteered numerous hours with non- profit organizations. He served with the dental clinic on the Mercy Ship in Sierra Leone of Africa for five months. In addition, he has volunteered over the years with the local MOM projects throughout Virginia. Over the past five years, Joshua has enjoyed giving the best dental care to patients at Dr. Brad M Freedman and Associates office. He treats every patient has if they were a part of his family. Joshua enjoys running, going to church, and spending time with family and friends.

Hi, I am Maria. I am a registered dental hygienist. I have been practicing dental hygiene since 1989. I love my job and my office staff. My goal is to provide my patients the best oral health and beautiful smiles. To update my skill and knowledge, I am regularly taking courses in continuing education. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering work at my church, photography, and spending time with my family.
